The situation

The globalized world of work and life is extremely dynamic and complex. International teams work together on solutions, different value and work systems collide unexpectedly. Conflicts and communication hurdles often seem insurmountable.

My contribution

Own, extensive international activities and many years of experience working in international teams form the basis of my offer to assist in international business challenges.

Leading international teams requires special procedures and methods. Communication, team building and leadership, meeting- and information management (including technical support) and conflict avoidance strategies, which have to  take into account cultural differences, present particular challenges.
